可以在小額法庭申請要回房客申請Chapter 7 破產保護後所欠的房租嗎？

房客二月份申請Chapter 7 破產保護。申請後，他告訴我他要繼續住下去。5月下旬，破產批準。這期間，他一直找借口拖延付款。我沒辦法，通過破產法庭和地區法庭申請驅逐令，於6月初把他趕走。我的問題是我可以在小額法庭申請要回從2月份他申請破產後到6月初他搬走之間的房租嗎？謝謝！
