前列腺癌， 求助

親戚， 60歲， 兩年前發現前列腺癌， Gleason Score 3+4， 做了切除手術。 手術後每6個月體檢一次， 在24個月的體檢中發現PSA 0.2 （以前都是<0,1). 現在和幾家診所聯係， 他們說PSA0.4 之前什麽也不會做。 前輩們有什麽建議？ 他這個情況前景如何？
