縣裏出的DEATH CERTIFICATE和州裏出的CERTIFIED DEATH CERTIFICATE 和州裏的認證

我現在有這個問題

地方上（縣）裏出的DEATH CERTIFICATE 需要州裏的SEC OF STATE 去認證（AUTHENTICATION) 

Apostille/Certification Request Form

“Submit this completed form along with payment and the original documents to be authenticated. Please be advised that authentications can only be obtained for documents with an original signature of the Secretary of the Commonwealth or a valid Massachusetts: Notary Public Justice of the Peace City/Town Clerk or assistant Court clerk or assistant Registrar of Vital Records”

但是如果是從州裏獲得的CERTIFIED COPY OF DEATH SERTIFICTE （有凸起的鋼印）還需要州的Sec Of State 認證嗎？
