不管以前付了多少，

1.如果不REFIN, 繼續付下去 $xxx,xxx

2.做REFIN, 將付 $yyy,yyy

如果 $YYY,YYY < $xxx,xxx, 就可以REFIN, (NO POINT, NO FEE)

這樣算行嗎？
