1大勺孜然粉 -1 tbsp cumin powder
1/2大勺蒜粉 -1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2小勺白胡椒粉 -1/2 tsp White pepper powder
1/2大勺紅辣椒粉 - 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
3大勺朝鮮辣椒碎 -3 tbsp chili pepper flakes
1小勺鹽 -1tsp salt
1/2小勺雞精 -1/2 tsp chicken essence
2大勺料酒 -2 tbsp cooking wine
1大勺生抽醬油 -1tbsp light soy sauce
