碰到女兒同學母親. 驚聞她們在short sale房子. 我想請教如下問題:
1. 房子的售價與我朋友有關係麽. 如果沒有, 希望她能給點內部消息.合法麽?
2. 銀行是通過realtor在賣, 銀行所得是不是售價要減去realtor的費用. 我沒有realtor, 沒有買short sell的經驗. 我有什麽特別要注意的麽. 我是不是要找一個realtor比較好還是自己買.
