Yes & no. She set the price, but Bank needs to agree the final price. if too low, bank will say no. She takes the offer and give to bank. She will get nothing.
2. 銀行是通過realtor在賣, 銀行所得是不是售價要減去realtor的費用.
Yes.
我沒有realtor, 沒有買short sell的經驗. 我有什麽特別要注意的麽.
Short sale will take long time to get bank approve. Longer if there are two loans.
我是不是要找一個realtor比較好還是自己買.
No difference in price. Ask if bank willing give the buy realtor anything. Sometime it is very small amount.
