這兒有會計師嗎？有個問題請教

實在受不了amt,和婚姻懲罰稅, 每年要多交很多的稅。在網上google一下，雙職工，年薪相當，有小孩，有房，交州稅，是最容易被amt hit的。唯一的辦法是離婚。粗粗算一下，這稅的差別還真不是一點點。請問，這樣的case有嗎？ 如果夫妻達成共識，真的離婚，但是住在一起，法律上允許嗎？
