If you hold houses in LLC, there are potential issues.
The LLC shall have more than 1 member, I think. If the LLC only has one or two members (say. hu*****and and wife), then if the member is not capable, then nobody can work on behalf of the member. It will go through probate, which is why you should always avoid probate.
It seems the best way is to hold properties through Trust.
