謝謝農博答疑，原來你們學校退休待遇這麽複雜，看來我是too simple, sometimes too naive了

我也有pension，要交SS tax. pension是學校管理，自己動不了。pension 很好 (probably one of the best)，service credit (number of service years)*(highest 3 year average salary)*0.025 (if retire after 60).
