緊急法律谘詢：EBAY賣2個東西被指控侵犯知識產權，要罰一大筆，我該怎麽對付？

我今年在Ebay上賣了2個angry bird 的手機防塵塞 anti-dust phone plug.每個賣價2.49，shipping 1.99. 結果最近收到一個公司的信，說Infringement of Angry Birds intellectual Property by...... 要求我提供製造商的信息和我的sale records.
因為東西是在new York 街上買的，沒有包裝，我沒法提供製造商的信息。隻寄給他們一個eBay sales record.
 
經過email 的幾個來回， 他們email 了一個settlement, 要求我支付$1500。
請問我該怎麽辦？
