Looks like Ms. W works for a firm that does work for Rovio, maker of Angry Bird. At this point I consider they represent Angry Bird.
You should not have responded to them in the first place. Let alone send them your sales record and negotiated a $1500 settlement. I think you should stop respond to them now. Don't tell them to sue you, just stop replying to them.
If they sue you, call New York Post and cry what a jerk Ms. W and Rovio is. If going to court, make sure blog about your experience in order to shame them into drop the law suit.
They will not waste time suing you. Your case is too small for Rovio to pay lawyers to go to court. They only negotiated with you because you are such a good citizen that you are probably the only person actually responded to the letters they sent to 10,000 people. Just stop talking. It probably will go away.
