8 老師，我的回美證2月19號到期，所以我在到期前 一天到美國就可以了，對嗎？

-Yes.

返美之後打算立刻申請第二次返美證， 想嚐試用機票緊張和不定期，工作需要為理由申請加急，可能希望也不大。 如果加急沒批，是不是按正常程序批準打手印時間？

-Technically, you need to do the biometrics again. But sometimes USCIS may use your old biometrics and you still need to pay the biometrics fee. If USCIS use your old biometrics, they will inform you about that. You may request expedite processing for biometrics appointment and it does not hurt you even if they do not approve it, anyway.
