回美證問題請教8 老師

8 老師，我的回美證2月19號到期，所以我在到期前 一天到美國就可以了，對嗎？

返美之後打算立刻申請第二次返美證， 想嚐試用機票緊張和不定期，工作需要為理由申請加急，可能希望也不大。 如果加急沒批，是不是按正常程序批準打手印時間？ 還是又要重新申請一次？
