In your application you can put in the reason for expedition. If they cash your check/credit card immediately, it means your expedition is approved. However if they don't cash your check/credit card for a few weeks, it means you are going with normal processing.
In normal processing, 3-4 weeks for the check to be cashed and a recepit to mailed to you. Biometrics notification takes another 2 weeks, usually scheduling an appointment withint 2-3 weeks. So totally 8 weeks or more for normal processing.
For expedited processing, it needs at least one month. Why can't you have someone in US mail off your rentry application before you land in US?
