如何正確吞藥片

我可以保證，很多人活了大半輩子，連正確吞藥片也不會，我曾經就是其中的一個，遇上吃大的維他命片簡直就是要了我的命，好多次藥片在我口裏進進出出，不過，最後我意外地發現了一個好方法。

1. 如果藥片實在太大，可以買個切藥片的  Tablet Pill Cutter，切小了再吞

 

2。如果藥片不大，那麽就直接吞。

先將藥片放進嘴裏，而後喝一大口水，抬起頭，將藥片隨著水送到接近喉嚨的地方，記住這個時候不要吞，而後將頭低下，再迅速吞下藥片。整個過程嘴巴應該閉著。這樣吞藥片非常輕鬆自如，肯定沒有困難。
