目前處於H1b 60天 grace periodd的最後幾天。律師一直在準備遞交新工作的申請。但是時間很緊張，所以請問8老師：

1. 如果在grace period的第60天僅僅拿到Fedex delivery 的收據，但是沒有時間拿到USCIS的收據，是否仍可以繼續在美國境內等待批準，而不會out of status?

-Technically you will be out of status if USCIS does not put your data into their system before your grace period ends, but depends on the IO, sometimes you may be OK even if it is late for a few days. So, just wait in US for the appoval. If the approval notice has the I-94, you can continue to stay and work in US as an H-1b holder. If the approval notice has no I-94, then you have to leave US for China to get the H-1b visa in China to come back to activate your H-1B status. So, I suggest you to ask your employer to use premium processing to get the result in 15 days.

2. 如果USCIS 收據上的Received Date 超過了60天grace period, 那麽在等待approve 以前，有必要出境嗎？-No. See above.

3. 如果批準後，是否可以開始工作？-
