那麽說，其實重點在申請批準後的Approval Notice上，那麽

1. 如果有了新的I-94，是不是就沒有our of status 的隱患了？-Correct.

2. 如果批準書有新的I-94，那麽received Date 超過60天，也不會對遞交485有影響吧？-No problem. That means you don't have status gap (USCIS does not count it even if you are out of status for a few days).

3. 這樣的話，家屬拿新的批準書複印件，可以從國內申請簽證吧？-Yes, but only if your H-1B approval notice has I-94, then your spouse or kid can apply for the H-4 visa in China, otherwise, you need to go to China to apply for the H-1b visa together with their H-4 visa application.
