F1 畢業後，用H1B在學校工作一段時間，續H1B 被拒，轉申請J1 被拒。F2 身份在美國停留6年，現再辦J1. 大概是最最幸運也恐怕是最後一次機會了。實在惶恐，請問如何做才最有可能得到鑒證？

-I don't know why your J-1 was denied (it is strange) reason/factor still exists at this time, then it is possible to have the same problem. You may just consult an immigrant lawyer (not need to hire).

是否應請私人律師？如果想請私人律師，也不知大學是不是允許？
