我的I20現為F2，8月底到期，是不是無法在境內轉身份，必須要回國呢？
-No. You can file I-539 to change of status to J-1 within US before your current F-2 expires (i.e. before August). But you have to get he J-1 waiver if you want to be H-1 again or apply for green card in the future if you change your status to J-1 now.
