8老師，萬分感謝您。我會好好研究以前的CASE，記得是說"not a qualified pernament position" for H1B.

-I don't think that is the reason because H-1 position is actaully not permanent

這種情況被拒多年後再次申請J1， 您看要特別注意些什麽？

-Juts follow the J-1 requirement to do the change of status.
