請教關於遺產問題

有棟房 18萬 401退休金15萬。另外兩輛車。出去遊玩。怕有意外事情發生。自己寫個遺囑簽字在銀行公證，算不算數？國家還會收遺產稅嗎?先謝謝解答了。
