信用卡被盜，如何善後？

各位大俠：本人信用卡不幸被人盜用用於網上購物，其中一次盜用被信用卡公司"di*****uted"。但貨物已由商家寄給竊賊。麻煩的是商家現在向我追討貨物或貨款，請各位大俠支招，我該怎麽辦？謝謝！
