I had similiar problem - use flaxseed

I saw all kinds of doctors and tried fiber supplements.

The only thing worked was flax seed.

Start from 1 tabspoon of flexseed (not grounded). Use a coffee grinder to grind in the morning. Mix with 1 cup of hot water. Drink every morning.
