如果counter offer更好，而且你的離職原因不是和management team有問題，可以接受的

如果離職原因是和上麵有些人不和，那就算了。

不然完全可以接受更好的counter offer。counter offer一般是給值得挽留的人的，我身邊同事有好幾個接受counter offer的，一般都是換了個類似於新offer的position，沒人會無聊去打擊報複。
