危機，危機，有危險，才有機會！

最近公司裁過了人，開始要重組了。應該是12月份就重組的，結果一月份都過去了，重組還沒有完成。前些日子，連誰將是我們部門的頭都是一頭霧水。最近兩天才鬧明白，誰將是我們的頭。這個即將上任的”新頭“ C，很看重一個前幾年被大家趕走的MANAGER H,C的第一個PROPOSAL是把H招回來當我的上級，我是今天下午2點多才聽到這個小道消息，於是我3點前就衝進了C的老板M的辦公室，說要找他關門談幾分鍾。M開玩笑的說，隻要我不是辭職就可以跟我談，我也半開玩笑半當真地說，I might think about resign if what I heard it's true. 我有點情緒激動，說話有點顫抖，曆數我五年來的努力和成果，並說H的壞話，（其實H是我的好朋友，就是不是一個好manager），並提出為什麽不是我管H，而是反過來的，從四年前的事說起，（當時H是被M趕走的，而由我取而代之的），試圖說服M去幹預C的決定。失敗，M說他得珍重C的決定。但是M說，H和我將是平級的，都有一個group 的團隊，同時向C report. 我仍然不放棄，Argue 說為什麽要把一個“PROVEN" FAILURER 調回來，難道是我這幾年做的不夠好？SENIOR MANAGEMENT 對我不放心，不CONFIDENT?為什麽總是要在我的上麵放一個老板？（這5年來，我的上麵總是有一個中間老板，actually 1 in first 3.5 year, and another one recently，they were just middle men who have only me as the direct report）而實際上我是領導我們組的實際決策人。我說，你也知道，我們DIVISION的人都知道我的能力，我是one of the most respected managers in our division. 當然，M馬上安慰我說，大家都很器重我，尤其是技術上，我說，我的能力不隻是技術上的，我並不滿足於大家在技術上對我的珍重了。這幾年的工作，已經證明了我的管理能力。為什麽不能讓我管H,M再次提到他要依靠C的領導和決策，而決定是C的。臨離開M的OFFICE，我裝模作樣地向M請教，我需要在哪些方麵改進才有可能做得更好。他說，我應該多與C溝通，我說，YES， I did. 重組中的”ROTATION"方案就是我的原創。還有我們DIVISION的人的SECRETE SKILLS matrix 也是我一手炮製的。再說啦，我又不知道C將成為我們的頭，前些日子你剛任命D作為我們的臨時的頭，所以我還以為D是我未來的老板。M說，D是臨時的，C才是我的老板。我說謝謝了，我這幾天再多找C交流交流。提提我的想法。從M的OFFICE出來，馬上找C,說想約個時間單獨與C溝通溝通。C說下星期吧。他媽的，跟我糊弄，
