車禍兩年後對方索賠，怎麽辦？

2006年12月底發生的車禍，當時因天雨路滑，在一個單lane的路上來不及刹車，追了別人的尾。交換保險信息，報警，沒有人受傷。對方是個suv，我是福特focus小車。後來的處置就是賠了對方的修車費。

今年七月，對方發來律師信要求賠償，說是車上的人受傷了，才發現。請問兩年後是否還有索賠權？還是對方就想訛一筆？

對方還要求看我的w2？

現在我到底該如何應對呢？
