I suggest that you keep enough insurance. Then you have to careful with LLC.  There are cases in CA, CO that LLCs can be piered due to running issue. 

就是說一定要照章辦事。 LLC是一個獨立體， 所以要有獨立的帳戶， 最好還要保留minutes, 操作要規範等等。 one person LLC is simply a pass-through entity in IRS eye. with 2 members, you have to file seperately... Too long story...
