一般來說，單人LLC是pass thru 兩人的需要報1065，但是有CPA認為夫妻兩人llc也可以pass thru.

I usually recommending file 1065 for each LLC, even if it's only husband and wife, the benefit is layered expenses, makes your 1040 less complicated, this may help reduce possible IRS audits
