其實我四十出頭就開始去GYM.

我喊不動老公. 我就自己運動， 以身作則

六年後我的堅持終於見效，把他帶進健身房.

（一個fit,  一個肚子鼓出來他不好意思啊）

他現在也look good. 健身的結果.
