地主經營故事：一年一度秋風勁：進入第五個年頭

這些天有些慵懶，其實早過了那個年頭有些日子了。

今年自己放鬆一些，沒有事事抓緊，利潤率馬上就下來了（當然還是很可觀）。對我來說，現在並不是需要去追那每一分錢。照去年的努力我已經知道可以做到多少，這就夠了。

今年沒有進新的房子。畢竟有一分工作不想弄得太累。做大的renovation需要集中時間的投入，要盯著，否則質量不保證。天冷了，幹脆等明年再說。

眼看著很快自住房和投資房的借貸都要還清了。發愁沒有可減稅的。咳，明年還得繼續多找幾個破房子修把錢花出去。

一年一度秋風勁，不似以往。勝似以往，數數銀子何處藏。
