LinkedIn: 地主們，你們還沒用？！

我在矽穀。說來你也許不信，我小地主現在事事皆用LinkedIn:
- 房客申請，我現在幾乎隻查LNKD，不查傳統的信用。You see much more about your applicant from LinkedIn than from credit report.
- 買房賣房，查查LNKD，大大有助於有效溝通。You know what kind of person you will be dealing with before you make your move.
- 維修維護，LNKD是最好的推薦評估平台。See what kind of people he served before and what others say about him.
- 貸款維權，你不用LNKD看看references?

反過來, 這些人也都用LNKD：
- 我的房客好幾個都要求跟我連，甚至要求寫推薦評語，因為這是最好的landlord reference. 也有房客 told me that they checked my LinkedIn profile before formally apply, as he felt more comfortable dealing with my type of landlords.
- 房屋經紀貸款經紀就更重視LNKD了。They are using it effectively as a marketing tool.

半年前我裝了 Rapportive 以後，發現幾乎是時時在用 LinkedIn, 不用都不行，因為這email的右上角老是顯示發郵件人的背景簡曆。LinkedIn買Rapportive實在是水到渠成意料之中。

LinkedIn想不漲都不能啊，哈。Seriously, I believe in its long term potential.
