各位資深地主，你們給租客換冰箱嗎？

房子在德州，冰箱壞了，lease上寫的很清楚地主不保修冰箱。房客呢也還不錯一家五口住裏麵當家在打理房子，很幹淨。現在冰箱壞了找我修，我不太想直接拒絕，也想維持好關係。新手房東，沒啥經驗，請各位資深地主指點有啥建議嗎？謝謝
