請教各位地主，檸檬，老貓：出租屋後院樹倒了，壓壞鄰居的shed。

坐標加拿大BC 省，有一間detached house，整個house出租給一戶租客。昨晚租客告訴我因為大風，後院靠近圍欄的一顆樹倒向鄰居的後院，萬幸沒有壓到房子或人。不過樹枝將鄰居後院的shed屋頂壓穿了一個洞。這種情況我該怎麽做？還沒有谘詢我的保險公司，先來這裏問問。
