HELOC的利息支出能否抵股票投資收益？

今年從HELOC借錢10萬刀投資股票獲得收益9千，那麽從HELOC借來的利息費用8千是否可以作為稅收抵扣來減少資本收益呢？感覺是瞎折騰幫華爾街打工了
