在地鐵4號線北京南站站，每天有超過2萬名乘客向站台工作人員問路。隨著地鐵新線增多，一些大的交通樞紐形成，動物園、東直門以及北京南站站漸成地鐵換乘的新“迷宮”。“十一”期間，為了讓乘客不迷路，各個站台各施“招數”，破解“迷宮”。

日均超2萬乘客問路 “從天津坐火車到北京需要約30分鍾，在北京南站找接站的朋友卻花了約50分鍾，如果不是有人指路，恐怕往返天津兩次的時間都找不到人。”談起在交通樞紐內迷路的“尷尬事”，張先生抱怨連連。
黃金周期間，記者先後走訪這三處“迷宮”發現，北京南站的問路人最多，僅位於該站內的地鐵4號線站台工作人員初步統計，日均有超過2萬名乘客向他們打聽路。 “這裏的站廳大約呈圓形，沒有太陽等自然坐標，所有換乘幾乎都在站內實現，所以乘客最常遇到的問題就是分不清東南西北。”地鐵4號線北京南站站站長錢馳勳介紹。另外，在南站換乘的多是外地來京旅客，而整個南站麵積大，鐵路、地鐵和地麵公交集中換乘，初來乍到難免迷路。因此，南站問路乘客最多。
動物園交通樞紐則因緊鄰天文館、動物園等熱門景點，遊客多，公交線路多，迷路的人也多，日均問路人數也過萬。
地鐵機場線東直門站的新口則因開放剛一個月有餘，由於該口距2號線東直門站的東北口僅十餘步，有不少乘客“進錯門”。“如果走錯了出入口則要多走大約5分鍾的‘冤枉路’，才能抵達站廳。”機場線有關負責人介紹，除了2號線，這裏還有13號線和眾多公交線路，所以每天超過1千名乘客“進錯口”。“十一”期間此處問路人數維持在500人左右。
各站出高招應對“迷宮”
為了避免讓乘客繞遠，國慶期間各個站台采取各種“招數”破解“迷宮”。
“為了方便乘客，黃金周期間我們特別製作了10餘個臨時引導牌和指南針放在站廳內，清晰地標注了方向及周邊公交線路圖。”地鐵4號線北京南站站站長錢馳勳告訴記者。另外，錢馳勳還透露了一個辨別方向的小“秘籍”：“根據客流特點，一般出站乘客需要到南、北兩個方向，為此這兩個方向一般都被辟為‘出站口’，而西口進站乘客最多，東側則相對較少，乘客可以根據客流判斷方向。”
在地鐵4號線動物園站記者看到，一名站務員正忙著給乘客指點：“如果乘坐27路公交車，您應該從地鐵A口出站。A口匯聚的公交線路最多，有23條線路……”遇到不明白的乘客，她還拿出一張巴掌大的指路卡，仔細講解。
據了解，動物園站的所有站務員此前都經過培訓，對於周圍的所有公交線路位置、站點以及首末班時間熟記於心，對於周邊的動物園、天文館等景點，除了知道方位外，還必須記住開關門時間。有了這些“路路通”站務員，乘客問路有問必答。
在機場線東直門站出入口旁，除了兩名引導員不時提醒乘客，一個嶄新的導航牌也樹立起來，根據箭頭標示，乘客對周邊地形一目了然。據統計，如今每日走錯路乘客數量至少減半
