9月28日，為紀念出道5周年，蔡妍將現身杭州省人民大會堂，舉行今年在中國的首場“美地亞珠寶之約，蔡妍炫歌勁舞秀西子”歌友會。今年3月30日蔡妍曾來到杭州舉辦過歌迷見麵會，當時現場異常火爆，可見蔡妍的超人氣實力。這次她決定把個唱放到杭州，也是為了再次體驗不同於北京的江南味。蔡妍將在演出中獻唱《愛人》《兩個人》《愛情真經》等代表作品。為答謝歌迷，蔡妍還會在演出中和歌迷們一起互動。此次蔡妍的杭州演出，經過幾番協商媒體才再次找到主辦方進行采訪，記者昨天從主辦方拿到了此次9.28活動中參予活動環節的幸運兒名單，分別為：易明（湖北武漢）樸櫻韓（韓國）陳家輝（廣州）李璿（南昌）祝超（江西）鄱陽，李婷（南昌）方健（杭州）劉瓊（杭州）邢政（杭州）薑宇尊（杭州）李曉凡（杭州）章星（杭州）苗婕（杭州）

恭喜以上13名幸運兒終於可以與自己心中的女神麵對麵。根據主辦方透露，這些幸運兒還可以和蔡妍一起過5周年生日會。
