2008年5月30日，墨西哥，昨日（5月29日）豪華郵輪“海洋幻麗號”到達墨西哥島嶼“Port of Cozumel”，應屆12名準香港小姐也隨即登陸進行外景拍攝。麵對絕美的陽光與海灘，12名佳麗三度穿上比基尼一展身段。

期間舉行了頒獎儀式，由曾誌偉及錢嘉樂頒給在連日活動中勝出的一組佳麗，她們贏得六萬元現金獎。當嘉樂把星形獎牌掛上身穿三點式、上圍迫爆的高海寧脖子上時，他見獎牌貼在高海寧心口，即鬼馬地笑說：“你自己整整它啦！”其後問高海寧如何運用二萬元現金？她不假思索便說：“我會捐給四川災民。”
