本人自從2016年做全職地主到現在整整4個年頭。本來應該2020年初做個總結的。可是因為受困於自己三年前開的北美地主群，每年想總結一下都被羞愧的生生咽回去了。說起這個北美地主群，當時也是寂寞難耐，想找同類抱團取暖。剛開始發現加入的地主都客客氣氣的聊天，什麽買白菜房啊，找貸款啊，修水龍頭啊。妾以為都是和我一樣的逼上梁山，糞坑掏錢的主。沒有幾天就[閱讀全文]

接上回。話說我了解到白妞Bell真的遭遇了生死一劫，我非常震驚。當即給她回了短信：對你的經曆非常同情，同時也對你的安全非常擔心。我建議你趕緊搬家，如果打掃衛生，我會全額退回你的押金。Bell很快回信，這周末就會全部搬出。我心中釋然，盼她趕快走，我也要重新翻開我的篇章。我走到後門一看，門框已經踢破，門虛掩著，一樓地板明顯在打包裝箱。這是一個多家[閱讀全文]

正兒八經做地主四個年頭了，見識了各種檔次和素質的房客，記錄幾個特殊的風花雪月，以後沙灘上懷念。
今天要說的是漂亮白妞Bell.這個房客是我從前房東手裏接手的。房子剛接手沒幾天，她就給我發短信，說她要求我換鎖，說他男朋友和他鬧掰了也搬走了，她很害怕他半夜過來傷害她。我趕緊查了一下租約給她回信：對不起，我不能給你換鎖，因為他仍在租約上，沒有[閱讀全文]

氣球是5年，7年和10年，按25年算月供；
ARM是5/5,7/7,10/5
考慮到利率很可能升高，起哦選擇了：
ARM10/5for20years,4.25%買一個點花費5650刀。大家覺得還可以吧。

住家暖氣機自行保養最基本常識80%AFUEFurnace 提醒各位需要定期換FURNACEFilter(空氣過濾網/AirFilter),每年至少得換二次，
冬季和夏季來領前。filter不需要買最好的，貴的FILTER不見得實用，最常用的如
PleatFilter會阻擋Furnace的Airflow，到了二樓，風量就會更小，Furnace和冷
