兩會後的北京

兩會後的北京有兩個政策上的新動向。

一是將“民宅禁商”的規定從《北京市房屋租賃管理辦法》的草案中刪除，是人大剛剛通過的物權法的影響結果。北京的住宅樓房，一二層臨街的單元被商業化已經很普及，可以跟香港比了。

另一是將暫時不解禁路邊商販。人大會議上曾有代表提出接近路邊商販，要給人民留出生存空間。目前上海已經禁改限，這種方式據管理者稱北京實施起來有困難。暫不解禁有好處，目前各住宅小區的交通狀況比2年前好很多。當然由於政府執法的靈活，街邊小攤並未杜絕。比如我常年經過的一家在街角的報攤小車，一直還在，挺方便。

It is great to view your blog touching a broad of the subjects. I write here is not to comment on your writing, but suggest you taking a look at my blog where I just put two papers, which talk about the Chinese writer, Tie Ning, president of the Chinese Writers' Union, in which there were a few words touching the famous Chinese wrier, Jia Pinyue who wrote the long story, "Fei-Du".
