'What Time Is It?'

Daddy, Olivia and Evan were eating in a restaurant one day last week. He saw a clock on the wall and decided to ask Evan what time it was as he has been learning about it during the past year.

Evan looked at the clock and said: "I don't know."

"Why?" Daddy was curious. 

"Because it (the needle) keeps on moving." Evan explained.
