Why Today is Sunday

Last Wednesday morning at the breakfast table, Evan asked me: "Mom, what's the day today?"

"Wednesday" I answered.

"No, it's Tuesday." He disagreed.

"Honey, yesterday was Tuesday. Remember you had Junior Gym yesterday and Junior Gym is always on Tuesday?"

"No!" he was being unreasonable. Just then he turned his head looking outside the window and noticed that it was such a bright sunny day that day. He then turned back to me and said: "Mom, I know what day is today."

"Oh, yeah?"

"Today is Sun-day as it is so sunny outside." He claimed.

I just laughed to myself.
