GORE)!!
Al Gore during his congressional years Al Gore in 1994 這兩天我不太爽
表弟繼續講著洋文:“yo man,respect!man,respect!”
我覺得他們的要求都難度太大,趕緊推脫:“too mcuh work la and I am too busy , also
he is a bit old, but I have to say he is not bad looking for 50/60 year old guy,
我當場暈倒:“are you serious or joking? what make you think he is gay?”
老莊堅定地回答:“i am serious as serious can be. of course, it is my judgment
cal without any proof. i say he is gay base on the way he talks and his
famous public display of kissing tipper.”
Al Gore Now An Inconvenient Truth
==========================================================================
Albert Arnold Gore, Jr. (born March 31, 1948) is an American environmental activist, author, public intellectual,[2] businessperson, former politician, and former journalist. He served as the forty-fifth Vice President of the United States from 1993 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton.
Gore was involved in American politics for over three decades, serving first in the U. S. House of Representatives (1977–85) and later in the U. S. Senate (1985–93) (representing Tennessee) before becoming vice president. Known as an Atari Democrat,[3] Gore introduced legislation and policies to develop what he called "The Information Superhighway" (most notably, the High Performance Computing and Communication Act of 1991 which led to the creation of the National Information Infrastructure). He received a Webby Award for this work in 2005.[4][5] In 2000, Gore was the Democratic nominee for president in the presidential election. He won the popular vote but ultimately lost to Republican candidate George W. Bush. A legal controversy over the Florida election recount was eventually settled in favor of Bush by the Supreme Court.[6]
In 2007, Gore was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (together with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) for "efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change."[7] He is also the author of the 2006 text, An Inconvenient Truth on the topic of global warming and starred in the Academy Award-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth, released in conjunction with the book. He helped to organize the July 7, 2007 benefit concert for global warming, Live Earth.
Gore is currently the founder and chair of Alliance for Climate Protection, the cofounder and chair of Generation Investment Management, the cofounder and chair of the Emmy Award - winning American television channel Current TV, a member of the Board of Directors of Apple Inc., and a senior advisor to Google.[8] He is also a partner in the venture capital firm, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, heading that firm's climate change solutions group.[9][10]In addition, Gore is on the faculty of Middle Tennessee State University as a visiting professor[8] and was a visiting professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism,[11] Fisk University,[12] and the University of California, Los Angeles[13] in 2001.

I should too
Now think about it, I actually saw him in 1996? when he was compaigning for a congressman in Texas for re-election. He gave a little speech in our University gym. I was at the back of the gym, barely could see his face, but I was still excited to see a VP in person.
