中共為何必然禍害全世界（下）

 

二、民財被搶光、國庫被掏空後，必然對外擴張

 

流氓的心態是什麽？1.自己走邪路，卻最見不得那些走正路的人過得比他好；2.為了過得比別人好，一錘定音的買賣就是牢牢地掌握住槍杆子，把別人的財富全搶過來；3.為了防止遭到報複，還要進一步卸磨殺驢，把知識精英、財富精英、政治精英全殺掉，隻留下一群無知無識的烏合之眾供自己奴役壓榨。

 

獨裁者是全世界最無助的低能兒，幾乎無一例外地治國無能、馭民有術——幹好事一事無成，幹壞事樣樣精通。

 

在中共的五代領導人中，鄧、江、胡屬於實用主義者，尚且知道通過發展經濟把蛋糕做大做強，從而創建一個“上層吃特供、中層吃肉、底層喝湯”的和諧社會。毛、習卻屬於那種典型的狂躁妄想症——精神分裂症反複發作，一忽兒要做千古一帝（秦始皇與斯大林的複合體），一忽兒要做世界領袖（通過對外大撒幣老塑造萬邦來朝的紅朝盛世），不但不懂如何發展經濟，還要通過階級鬥爭來強搶民財——大搞殺雞取卵、竭澤而漁的自殘模式，美其名曰“共同富裕”。自習皇上台後，“明火執仗”——“對付老百姓就是要白刀子進紅刀子出”已變成偉大新時代的新常態。

 

崇禎的治國理政思維很簡單，沒錢了就加稅；習皇治國理政的思維更簡單，沒錢了就搶劫。偉大的崇禎時代，明廷為了應對遼東戰事與農民起義，在正稅之外加派“遼餉”、“剿餉”、“練餉”（合稱“明末三餉”），並輔以各種商業、關卡及雜項加派，總計每年新增稅額高達兩千餘萬兩白銀，數倍於正稅。偉大的習皇時代，通過高房價、高稅收、高通脹等方式極限收割底層韭菜，讓他們變成生不起病不起死不起埋不起（躺平又不讓）的行屍走肉；通過遠洋捕撈、以刑化債、稅收倒查等方式痛宰小肥羊，導致無數中產負債、民企加速倒閉、外資加速撤離；通過老虎蒼蠅一起打、反腐沒有鐵帽子王、倒查二十年等方式清洗異己，把那些稍微具有改開意識的技術官僚一網打盡。網友諷曰：“武大郎開店，比他高的一個都不要！”

 

關鍵的問題來了，崇禎加稅的目的是為了維護大明江山——抵抗滿清八旗的入侵，鎮壓李自成、張獻忠的農民起義，那麽，習皇大搞極限收割、國進民退、選擇性反腐的目的又是什麽呢？雖然朕同樣高舉著維護政權穩定——誓死捍衛紅色江山永不變色的偉大旗幟，但是那些搜刮得來的驚天不義之財卻去哪兒了？人民隻配跪舔光盤，官員不準聚餐飲酒，民營企業家要麽淨身出戶，要麽把牢底坐穿，綁票撕票得來的血色紙幣全都去哪兒了？如果某家族的海外離岸銀行賬戶突然憑空增添四萬億美元，千萬別告訴朕——那些都是朕寫書賺取的“稿費”。

 

更關鍵的問題來了，民財被搶光，國庫被掏空——拿什麽來支撐習皇霸淩全球的雄心？別急，別慌，五千年難得一遇的“天選之人”總是在日理萬機——不是在下好大一盤棋外，就是在製訂千年大計，這其中就包括對外擴張。所謂對外擴張，就是把搶劫國內的那一套坑蒙拐騙術照抄照搬到國際舞台，繼續洗劫西方那幫又傻又天真的傻白甜，或者又蠢又壞的“小迷弟”、“小迷妹”們。

 

三、習皇稱霸世界的野心昭然若揭

 

為了實現某個人稱王稱霸的夢想，十餘億人民再次淪為被共匪綁架、挾持的“人質”（肉票），對外號稱“銅牆鐵壁”。以色列軍隊是保護人民的銅牆鐵壁，中國人民卻淪為保護中共邪黨的銅牆鐵壁，兩相對照，高下立判。中共就是拿人民做肉盾的大號哈馬斯，鑒定完畢。

 

為了實現習皇的稱帝夢，中國人民淪為了被犧牲的代價；為了實現習皇的稱霸夢，世界人民淪為了實驗室的“小白鼠”。當一個政權對內可以公然立法活摘器官，對外可以公然施放病毒禍害全世界的時候，還有什麽是它幹不出來的？“紅二代”完美地繼承了“紅一代”搶劫、殺人、販毒的“紅色基因”，從骨子裏散發出來的魔鬼氣質與生俱來。世界的健康力量再不團結起來予以堅決剿滅，距離世界滅亡之日不遠矣！

 

縱觀當今世界，百分之九十以上的紛爭、災難無不是由中共躲在幕後策劃、醞釀、製造。通過軍機繞台威脅主權國家台灣的安全，是不是中共幹的？通過衝撞菲律賓的補給船在仁愛礁形成對峙局麵，是不是中共幹的？在南沙群島的多處實際控製島礁（如美濟礁、渚碧礁、永暑礁）進行大規模填海造陸，將其擴建為具備港口、機場及雷達設施的準軍事基地，是不是中共幹的？幫助哈馬斯挖掘地道發射火箭炮襲擊以色列，是不是中共幹的？組建“邪惡軸心”發動滅猶、滅白、滅美之戰，是不是中共幹的？中共代理人、特工滲透美國造成兩黨撕裂、製造街頭暴亂，是不是中共幹的？當場開出萬億美元的支票支援俄羅斯，促成普帝下定決心發動侵烏戰爭，是不是中共幹的？大手筆軍援伊朗，幫助伊朗建立製造導彈、無人機的生產線，是不是中共幹的？違反國際公約切斷海底電纜威脅他國，是不是中共幹的？中共的軍費正在呈幾何倍數遞增（據官方公布的數據，2026年的國防支出預算為19095.61億元人民幣，約合2771億美元，同比增長7%，穩居世界第二，實際還有更多隱形軍費藏在其他民用預算之內），卻堅決反對日本增加正常的防衛預算（日本2026年度防衛預算達9.0353萬億日元，約合575億美元，僅為中共的五分之一）——以強化西南諸島的軍事部署、深化日美同盟來應對中共軍力在印太的大麵積輻射，幹涉他國內政的底氣從何而來？

 

中共犯下的罪孽罄竹難書，中共製造的災難遍布全世界。世界不滅掉中共，中共就會毀滅全世界。

Why the CCP is Inevitably a Scourge to the World (Part 2)

 

II. After the people's wealth is plundered and the national treasury is emptied, external expansion is inevitable.

 

What is the mentality of a rogue? 1. They themselves walk the crooked path, yet they can't stand seeing those who walk the righteous path doing better than them; 2. To live better than others, their decisive move is to firmly grasp the gun and seize all of others' wealth; 3. To prevent retaliation, they will further eliminate the elite, killing off the intellectual, financial, and political elites, leaving only a group of ignorant and uneducated rabble to enslave and exploit.

 

Dictators are the most helpless and incompetent people in the world, almost without exception incapable of governing a country but skilled at controlling the people—incompetent at doing good, and adept at doing evil.

 

Among the five generations of CCP leaders, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, and Hu Jintao were pragmatists who understood the importance of expanding and strengthening the economy to create a harmonious society where the upper class enjoyed special privileges, the middle class ate meat, and the lower class drank soup. Mao and Xi, however, suffered from typical manic-depressive disorder—a recurring episode of schizophrenia. One moment they wanted to be a great emperor (a combination of Qin Shi Huang and Stalin), the next a world leader (creating a prosperous era of universal tribute through massive foreign spending). They not only lacked understanding of economic development but also resorted to class struggle to forcibly seize wealth from the people—engaging in a self-destructive model of killing the goose that lays the golden eggs and draining the pond to catch all the fish, all under the guise of "common prosperity." Since Xi Jinping came to power, "openly wielding force"—"dealing with the people means using brutal force"—has become the new normal in this great new era.

 

Emperor Chongzhen's governing philosophy was simple: raise taxes when there's no money. Emperor Xi's governing philosophy is even simpler: plunder when there's no money. During the great Chongzhen era, the Ming court, in response to the Liaodong war and peasant uprisings, levied additional taxes on top of the regular taxes: "Liaodong Tax," "Suppression Tax," and "Training Tax" (collectively known as the "Three Taxes of the Late Ming Dynasty"), supplemented by various commercial, checkpoint, and miscellaneous levies. The total annual increase in tax revenue reached over 20 million taels of silver, several times the regular tax. In contrast, the great Xi Jinping era has used high housing prices, high taxes, and high inflation to ruthlessly exploit the lower classes, turning them into mindless shells who can't afford to live, get sick, die, or be buried (and even lying down isn't allowed). Through deep-sea fishing, using criminal penalties to reduce debt, and retroactive tax investigations, it has ruthlessly slaughtered its "small sheep," leading to countless middle-class debt, accelerated bankruptcies of private enterprises, and a rapid withdrawal of foreign capital. By cracking down on both high-ranking and low-ranking officials, eliminating those with unchecked power in the anti-corruption campaign, and conducting retroactive investigations for twenty years, it has purged dissidents, rounding up even those technocrats with a slight understanding of reform and opening up. One netizen sarcastically remarked: "When Wu Dalang opens a shop, he won't hire anyone taller than him!"

 

 

The crucial question arises: Emperor Chongzhen raised taxes to protect the Ming Dynasty—resisting the Manchu invasion and suppressing peasant uprisings led by Li Zicheng and Zhang Xianzhong. So what is the purpose of Emperor Xi's extreme taxation, the expansion of state-owned enterprises at the expense of private ones, and selective anti-corruption campaigns? While I also wave the great banner of maintaining regime stability—swearing to defend the red regime to the death—where has all the staggering ill-gotten gains gone? The people are only fit to lick CDs, officials are forbidden from dining and drinking, and private entrepreneurs are either forced to leave with nothing or spend their lives in prison. Where has all the blood-stained money obtained through kidnapping and murder gone? If a family's offshore bank accounts suddenly gain four trillion dollars out of thin air, don't tell me—that's all "royalties" I earned writing books.

 

An even more crucial question arises: with the people's wealth plundered and the national treasury emptied—what will support Emperor Xi's ambition to dominate the world? Don't rush, don't panic. This "chosen one," a once-in-five-thousand-years talent, is always busy with countless affairs—either playing a grand game of chess or formulating a millennium-long plan, which includes external expansion. This so-called external expansion simply means copying and applying the same deceptive tactics used to plunder domestically to the international stage, continuing to fleece those naive and foolish, or stupid and wicked, "little fans."

 

III. Xi Jinping's Ambition to Dominate the World is Utterly Revealed

 

To realize someone's dream of becoming a king and a hegemon, over a billion people have once again become "hostages" (passengers) held hostage by the CCP, touted externally as an "impregnable fortress." The Israeli army is an impregnable fortress protecting its people; the Chinese people, however, have become an impregnable fortress protecting the CCP. The contrast is stark. The CCP is simply a larger version of Hamas using the people as human shields. Case closed.

 

To realize Xi Jinping's dream of becoming emperor, the Chinese people have been sacrificed; to realize his dream of global hegemony, the people of the world have become "guinea pigs" in a laboratory. When a regime can openly legislate forced organ harvesting domestically and openly release viruses to wreak havoc on the world internationally, what is it incapable of? The "second generation of reds" have perfectly inherited the "red genes" of the "first generation"—robbery, murder, and drug trafficking—and their inherently demonic nature is innate. If the world's healthy forces do not unite to resolutely eradicate them, the day of global annihilation is not far off!

 

 

Looking at the world today, over 90% of conflicts and disasters are planned, brewed, and created behind the scenes by the CCP. Wasn't it the CCP that threatened the security of the sovereign nation of Taiwan by circling its military aircraft? Wasn't it the CCP that created a standoff by ramming a Philippine supply ship at Ren'ai Reef? Wasn't it the CCP that carried out large-scale land reclamation on several islands and reefs in the Spratly Islands (such as Mischief Reef, Subi Reef, and Yongshu Reef), expanding them into quasi-military bases with ports, airports, and radar facilities? Wasn't it the CCP that helped Hamas dig tunnels to launch rocket attacks against Israel? Wasn't it the CCP that formed the "axis of evil" to launch a war to destroy Jews, White Americans, and the United States? Wasn't it the CCP that its agents and spies infiltrated the United States, causing partisan division and street riots? Wasn't it the CCP that wrote trillions of dollars in aid to Russia on the spot, prompting Putin to decide to launch the invasion of Ukraine? Wasn't it the CCP that provided large-scale military aid to Iran, helping Iran establish production lines for manufacturing missiles and drones? Did the CCP violate international conventions by cutting undersea cables and threatening other countries? The CCP's military spending is increasing exponentially (according to official data, the 2026 defense budget is 1.909561 trillion yuan, approximately US$277.1 billion, a 7% year-on-year increase, firmly ranking second in the world; in reality, there are even more hidden military expenses hidden within other civilian budgets), yet it resolutely opposes Japan increasing its normal defense budget (Japan's 2026 defense budget reaches 9.0353 trillion yen, approximately US$57.5 billion, only one-fifth of the CCP's)—using strengthened military deployments in the southwestern islands and a deeper Japan-US alliance to counter the CCP's extensive military influence in the Indo-Pacific. Where does its confidence in interfering in other countries' internal affairs come from?

 

The CCP's crimes are countless, and the disasters it has created are widespread throughout the world. If the world doesn't destroy the CCP, the CCP will destroy the world.
