1. 塵香雇傭公務員 Dust-scent Hires Civil Servants
塵香雇了兩個采購員夥同政府派來的兩個官員一起去采購木材。他發現這兩個政府官員是采購專家，在木材商廠家直接做實驗，就天天請他們喝酒吃肉。事後，塵香發現兩個政府官員和他自己雇傭的兩個采購員都向木材商索要回扣。三千兩銀子花出去之後，塵香擔心了，對兩個官員說：“工地還沒開工呢，這麽多的錢就花出去了。如果虧損了，我賠不起啊！”
Dust-scent hired two purchasers to go with two government officials to purchase timber. He found out that the two government officials were purchasing experts who did experiments directly at the timber manufacturer, so he invited them to drink and eat meat every day. Afterwards, the three government officials and the two purchasers he hired asked for kickbacks from the timber manufacturer. After spending three thousand taels of silver, Dust-scent was worried and said to the two officials: "The construction site hasn't started yet, and so much money has been spent. If there is a loss, I can't afford it!"
三個政府官員笑著回答：“小兄弟！你的這個工程不一樣，計料不計工。等咱到家之後，你就已經賺了300兩銀子的利潤了。做這個工程隻賺不賠！”
回到家之後，塵香問公司經理：“那兩個政府官員說的是真話嗎？”
The two government officials smiled and replied: "Little brother! Your project is different. It only counts materials but not labor. When we get home, you will have made a profit of 300 taels of silver. This project is profitable and not loss-making!"
After returning home, Dust-scent asked the company manager, “Are those two government officials telling the truth?”
經理回答：“這個工程的施工已經依照成熟的施工步驟，分解成了許多具體項目。如果按照施工進度表和預算逐步實施，認真做好每一項工作，虧損的可能性很小。”
The manager replied, “The construction of this project has been broken down into many specific projects in accordance with proven construction procedures. If it is implemented step by step in accordance with the construction schedule and budget, and every job is done carefully, the possibility of loss is very small.”
塵香拿出了300兩銀子的利潤分給了兩個官員，要跟他們合作：把這工程15%利潤的一半分給他們，由他們兩個負責采購工作。那兩個官員回答：“我們不占你的便宜；你把利潤的三分之一給我們就夠了！”
塵香回答：“我願意分給你們一半利潤！”
Dust-scent took out 300 taels of silver profit and divided it with two officials to cooperate with them: half of the 15% profit of this project would be divided among them, and the two of them would oversee the procurement work. The two officials replied, “We won't take advantage of you; it's enough for you to give us one-third of the profit!”
Dust-scent replied, “I'm willing to share half of the profits!”
這兩個官員私下討論了一會兒關於如何掌握塵香犯罪的證據，來製約他。他們回來說：“我們為你在政府裏辦件事後，咱們的合作協議就生效了！”
塵香回答：“我也想當官！”
These two officials discussed privately for a while about how to get hold of evidence of Dust-scent's crimes to restrain him. They came back and said, “After we do something for you in the government, our cooperation agreement will come into effect!”
Dust-scent replied, "I want to be a government official too!"
幾天後，兩個官員來找塵香，說：“咱們縣政府有三十多位官，其中隻有九位是共和國的公務員。你要當公務員我們辦不了。其它的縣政府雇來的工作人員，也有一部分是官。如果你想當這種不是共和國政府注冊的官員，我們可以幫忙。”
塵香回答：“是官就行！”
A few days later, two officials came to Dust-scent and said, "Our county government has more than thirty officials, but only nine of them are civil servants of the Republic of China. We can't help you become a civil servant. Some of the other staff members hired by the county government are also officials. If you want to become an official who isn't registered with the Republic of China, we can help you."
Dust-scent replied, "Any official will do!"
兩個政府官員立刻高興了，說：“現在檔案庫缺一位保管員。這個工作的優點是你若不去上班，你可以把檔案庫的鑰匙掛在縣長秘書的抽屜上。我們覺得這工作挺合適你，因為你時常要回來照顧這個工地。”
塵香回答：“倉庫不漏雨，我就沒事。這個工作挺好，我想幹，但這個工作是官嗎？”
The two government officials were immediately delighted, saying, "We're currently short a custodian for the archives. The advantage of this job is that if you're not at work, you can hang the archive key on the county prefect's secretary's drawer. We think this job is quite suitable for you, since you often need to come back to check on this construction site."
Dust-scent replied, "As long as the warehouse doesn't leak, I'm fine. This job sounds good, I'd like to do it, but is this a government official?"
兩位官員立刻回答：“這工作當然是官。是不是官你得看俸祿的高低。檔案庫保管員的薪水是非國家公務員的官中，薪水比較高的。如果你接受了這份工作，咱們合夥幹行宮整修工程的合同立刻生效。”
塵香回答：“好！我明天早晨去縣政府上班！”
The two officials immediately replied, “This job is an official position. Whether it’s an official position depends on the salary. The salary of an archive custodian is relatively high among non-civil servants. If you accept this job, our contract for the joint renovation of the migration palace will take effect immediately.”
Dust-scent replied, “Okay! I’ll go to work at the county government tomorrow morning!”
第二天早晨，塵香來到縣政府報到了。那兩個辦理采購的公務員把他介紹給了縣長的秘書：行政。行政領著塵香到檔案庫裏給他介紹檔案的編碼，然後就把檔案室的鑰匙交給了他。塵香就自己檢查檔案室的屋頂，發現了三塊瓦片裂了。他就自己去建材市場買了三塊瓦把屋頂的漏雨處補好了。然後就坐在縣衙門的門口和人嘮嗑。他在打聽如何製作假身份證。
行政看塵香識字就主動給塵香講解商朝的業槃製度，讓他做數據錄入的工作。
The next morning, Dust-scent reported to the county government. The two civil servants who handled the procurement introduced him to the prefect’s secretary: Administrative. Administrative led Dust-scent to the archives and introduced him to the coding of the archives and then handed him the key to the archives room. Dust-scent then checked the roof of the archive room himself and found three tiles cracked. He then went to the building materials market by himself and bought three tiles to patch up the leaks in the roof. Then he sat at the door of the county courthouse and chattered with someone. He was inquiring about how to make fake ID cards.
Seeing that Dust-scent could read, Administrative took the initiative to explain the Shang Dynasty's Karmic Ark system to him, assigning him data entry duties.
2. 商朝的業槃製度 Karmic Ark of Shang Dynasty
插圖14.7-35，和36都是商朝業槃的圖示。圖1-34和42都是墨西哥業槃的圖示。中華文化和墨西哥文化都是基於金童和玉女這對兒雙身佛（如圖39，40，和41），可以通用。業是身口意的習氣。槃義為螺旋上升的木船，現代人稱為方舟或超渡。
Illustrations 14.7-35 and 36 depict the Shang Dynasty's Karmic Ark. Figures 1-34 and 42 illustrate the Mexican Karmic Ark. Both Chinese and Mexican cultures are based on the dual-bodied Buddha pair of the Golden Boy and Jade Girl (as shown in Figures 39, 40, and 41), which are interchangeable. Karma refers to the habits of body, oral, and intent. Pan (槃) signifies a spiraling wooden vessel ascending upward, known in modern terms as an Ark or “Transcendentally Ferry.”
商朝人稱圖2的無所有天為涅。涅字由三部分構成，水代表順皇。土代表大禹，商地，如圖23至31所示的九地。日代表玉皇大帝。他們仨是上帝三人組，是涅槃。
圖22是地獄，是罪孽槃，義為罪孽深重的地方。涅和孽是這個世界的兩個太極。涅是最幸福的地方；孽是最不幸的地方。
The Shang Dynasty people called the "No Objectively Have Sky" in Figure 2 as Nie (涅). Word Nie consisted of three parts: water representing White-king Shun. Earth represents Big Yu and the Shang lands, as shown in the nine lands in Figures 23 to 31. The sun representing Turquoise White-king Great Creator. So, Nie (涅) means Godly Trinity, is Nirvana Ark.
Figure 22 depicts Hell, the Sin Ark, signifying a place of profound sin. Nirvana and Hell are the two poles of this world. Nirvana is the happiest place; Hell is the most unfortunate place.
墨西哥人用金童和玉女一生的全部經曆來代表業槃（如圖42）；並把他們倆的一生的故事分解成了20個關鍵法案（參見14.4《太陽石曆》），也就是分成了20劫。
中國商朝用金童和玉女一生的全部經曆來代表業槃（如圖36）。他們把金童和玉女的故事分成了八個大劫（即八個大法案），每個大劫包括八劫（即八個法案）。然後他們把這64個法案命名了，稱為六十四卦。
The Mexicans represented karmic ark through the entire life journey of the Golden Boy and Jade Girl (as shown in Figure 42); they divided the story of their lives into 20 key cases (see 14.4 Sunstone Calendar), which correspond to 20 catastrophes.
Shang Dynasty of China used the entire life journey of the Golden Boy and Jade Girl to represent the Karmic Ark (as shown in Figure 36). They divided the story of the Golden Boy and Jade Girl into eight great catastrophes (i.e., eight major law cases), each comprising eight catastrophes (i.e., eight law cases). They then named these 64 law cases, calling them the sixty-four hexagrams.
這64個字被分配到了代表金童玉女的兩條魚的周圍（如圖36），就與一年四季聯係在了一起，也就是說這64個字可以計時，也可以用來詮釋地點，道德水平，和覺悟的高低等用途。
商朝還把風水，和家業等信息寫入了身份證的號碼。風代表民風，地方風俗。水代表文化知識，即上帝造人的知識。家族信息體現了祖宗18代的信息。
These 64 characters were assigned around the two fish representing the golden boy and jade girl (as shown in Figure 36), thus connecting them with the four seasons. In other words, these 64 characters can be used to tell time, as well as to interpret locations, moral levels, and levels of enlightenment.
Shang Dynasty also incorporated information about feng shui (wind and water) and family karma into the identity card number. "Feng (wind)" represented local customs and traditions. "Shui (water)" represented cultural knowledge, specifically the knowledge of God's creation of humanity. Family information reflected the lineage of 18 generations of ancestors.
塵香很快明白了商朝檔案的秘密。檔案室裏的戶籍和個人曆史記錄是根據皇曆（即萬年曆）的原理編碼的。這些編碼是從以前的記錄算出來的。每一個記錄都會有漣漪似的擴散效應。比如一個人的出生記錄會計入檔案（業槃）。幾年後他的數據就會進入周圍49個縣的孽槃。這樣就沒人能夠造出從出生開始的假身份，因為更改涅盤的工作量大。造出一個18歲的年青人要更改周圍49縣，甚至多個省的業槃。這個檔案的機製已經在堯帝登基時全國聯網了，即已經形成了一個中華共和國大業槃。
Dust-scent quickly understood the secret of the Shang Dynasty archives. The household registrations and personal historical records in the archives were coded according to the principles of white-king calendar (i.e., a perpetual calendar). These codes were calculated from previous records. Each record would have a ripple-like diffusion effect. For example, a person's birth record would be entered into the archives (a local karmic ark). A few years later, his data would enter the karmic arks of the surrounding 49 counties. In this way, no one could create a false identity from birth, because altering the Karmic Arks would be too much work. Creating an 18-year-old would require altering the Karmic Arks of 49 surrounding counties, or even multiple provinces. This archive mechanism had already been networked nationwide when White-king Yao ascended her throne, forming a great Karmic Ark of the Republic of China.
3. 土地老 Earth Gods
塵香和行政混熟了，問：“我聽說順皇常四處走，忙著燒漢窯。她也常到我們那裏去燒窯；但我沒看見我們家那裏有窯？”
Dust-scent, having become acquainted with Administrative (Administrative is name for the county prefect's secretary) and asked, “I hear White-king Shun is always traveling about, busy firing Han kilns. She often comes to our area to fire kilns too; but I haven't seen any kilns near our home?”
行政回答：“這個窯是個抽象的概念，就是人人都有的身體。順皇燒漢窯是說順皇在做法。她在製造漢神。那些漢將是玉皇大帝的輔臣，名作神輔天（如圖8，參見12.2 《色界》）。神輔天亦作土地老，成為漢神後，會回去他的家鄉，把他家鄉的人超渡成為神眾天，亦作漢族人。這事兒具體的我不太懂。你可以去問問捕快林衝和路引，他們倆認識許多咱們縣的法師。那些法師和女媧，娥黃，和女嬰，這武漢的三大家族有聯係，他們懂。”
Administrative replied, "This kiln is an abstract concept, representing the body that everyone possesses. White-king Shun firing Han kilns means she's performing rituals (doing magics, making law). She's creating Han gods. These Han gods are Turquoise White-king Great Creator's assistants, known as God Assistant Skies (as shown in Figure 8, see 12.2 'Color Boundary'). God Assistant Sky is also called the Earth God. After becoming a Han god, he returns to his hometown and transcendently ferry hometown folks into Godly Crowds, also known as Han people. I don't know the specifics of this. You can ask the constables Before-charge and Path-leader; they know many of juristic teachers in our county. Those juristic teachers are connected to Nuwa, Beauty Yellow, and Heroine—the three great families of Wuhan—they know."
4. 華人的旅遊勝地 Chinese Tourist Destination
行宮的整修工作開始了，就對外開放了。很多人來行宮參觀。據說這座行宮從建成到現在的三千六百年期間，80%的華人至少來過一次。許多人來過多次，但就是不說。
The renovation of the migration palace began, and it was opened to the public. Many people came to visit. It is said that in the 3,600 years since the palace was built, 80% of the Chinese population have visited it at least once. Many people have visited multiple times, but they just don't say it.
人們開始檢查認證這座由舊木頭蓋成的新房還能用多少年？有人說15年，有人說10年。塵香和塵凡也參加了猜測，認為能住20年。他倆問建築公司經理。
經理回答： “我能住30年，你們哥倆能住20年，皇帝住7年。”
People began to check and certify how long this new house made of old wood could last. Some said 15 years, others said 10 years. Dust-scent and Dust-mortal also speculated that it could last 20 years. They asked the manager of the construction company.
The manager replied: "I can live here for 30 years, you two brothers can live here for 20 years, and the emperor can live here for 7 years."
塵凡問：“他們隻住7年，那我們用什麽標準來修建這皇宮？”
公司經理回答：“即便是皇帝隻在這裏住一個月，我們也當成他們要住100年。”
Dust-mortal asked: "They only live here for 7 years, so what standard do we use to build this palace?"
The company manager replied: "Even if the emperor only lives here for a month, we will treat it as if they will live here for 100 years."
5. 行宮維修的目的 Purpose of Palace Repair
這次行宮改造的主要工程項目是，一，為了增加采光，給行宮開幾個天窗，附加給各個房間裝上天棚。二，為了增加房間裏空氣的流動性，給行宮建立通風係統。通風係統是由一幢旱煙囪及與之相連的排氣通道和進氣通道構成的。其中旱煙囪，又名雷峰塔，是耗工耗時的主體項目。拆除了位於雷峰塔底座的四個洗浴間之後，設計院派來了實地考察的人。
The main projects of the palace renovation this time are: first, to increase the lighting, open several skylights in the palace and install ceilings in each room; second, to increase the air flow in the rooms, build a ventilation system for the palace. The ventilation system is composed of a dry chimney and the exhaust and intake channels connected to it. Among them, the dry chimney, also known as Leifeng Pagoda, is the main project that consumes labor and time. After dismantling the four bathrooms at the base of Leifeng Pagoda, the design institute sent people to conduct on-site inspections.
設計院的代表看了以前大禹留下來的地基驗收報告和雷峰塔的地基現狀後說；“我們認可以前的地基驗收報告；但是那是五年前的竣工報告。我們有必要挖三個測試坑，看看有沒有變化。然後做幾個抗壓測試。這些實驗我們都不收錢。”建築公司經理和政府派來的三個兩位縣政府官員都同意了。
After looking at the foundation acceptance report left by Big Yu and the status of the Leifeng Pagoda's foundation, the representative of the design institute said, "We recognize the previous foundation acceptance report, but that was the completion report five years ago. We need to dig three test pits to see if there are any changes. Then do some compression tests. We don't charge for these experiments." The construction company manager and the three construction supervisors sent by the government all agreed.
6. 更改雷峰塔的設計 Change the Design of Leifeng Pagoda
在做實驗的幾天裏，塵香天天請設計院的代表喝酒吃肉。代表離開工地的這天，塵香請他喝茅台酒。設計院的代表笑著問：“有什麽事？你就直說吧！若不然這茅台酒我可不敢喝。”
塵香說：“我想把通風係統的進氣道口向北移到院牆邊。這樣不但美觀，還可以把進氣口的房子建得長些來減少被投毒的風險。”
During the days of the experiment, Dust-scent treated the design institute representative to alcohol and meat every day. On the day the representative left the construction site, Dust-scent treated him to Maotai alcohol. The design representative smiled and asked: "What's the matter? Just tell me! Otherwise, I dare not drink this Maotai alcohol."
Dust-scent said: "I want to move the air intake of the ventilation system to the north, next to the courtyard wall. This will not only look good but also allow the air intake house to be built longer to reduce the risk of poisoning."
設計院的代表回答：“跟帝王家做買賣有個毛病，常更改設計；所以我的原設計就是像你說的那樣。這樣吧，下次我再來的時候，給你帶來一份原設計的草圖。說是草圖，實際就是比設計圖紙做的看起來茅草些。上麵寫著我的煙囪高度和通風道長度計算公式，和計算過程。你的那位經理或者你弟弟塵凡一看就懂。他們就可以用那草圖作為施工的依據。雷峰塔的結構不用改。你若用你說的進氣道長度，雷峰塔的原設計高度還有一米的多餘。”
The design institute representative replied, "There's a problem with doing business with the imperial family—they constantly change designs. So, my original design was exactly as you described. This is what we'll do: next time I visit, I'll bring you a sketch of the original design. Though called a sketch, it looks rougher than the final blueprints. It includes my calculations for the chimney height and ventilation duct length, along with the calculation process. Your manager or your brother Dust-mortal will understand it immediately. They can use that sketch as the basis for construction. The structure of Leifeng Pagoda doesn't need to be altered. If you use the intake duct length you mentioned, the original design height of Leifeng Pagoda will still have over a meter extra."
塵香回答：“謝謝了！那我把20兩銀子作為禮物送給你！”
設計院的代表說：“謝謝了！那我可以把我的名字簽在草圖上麵。我不能把我們公司的印章蓋在上麵。那樣，你的花費就大了；我也違反了我們公司的規定。”
隨後，塵香和塵凡就研究了如何更改施工進度表，來實現他倆挖洞進入行宮的計劃。
Dust-scent replied: "Thank you! Then I will give you 20 taels of silver as a gift!"
The representative of the design institute said: "Thank you! Then I can sign my name on the sketch. I cannot put our company seal on it. That way, your cost will be high, and I will also violate our company's regulations."
Afterwards, Dust-scent and Dust-mortal studied how to change the construction schedule to realize their plan to dig a hole into the Migration Palace.
14.8 龍王經 Dragon King Sutra

1. 舅舅來了 Uncle came
一天塵香正和捕快臨衝和路引在縣政府的門前嘮嗑，一個農村老大爺進了縣政府。臨衝調侃地對塵香說：“你舅舅來了！”
塵香看了舅舅一眼，回答：“他來幹嘛？”
林衝回答：“他是來辦假身份證的。”
One day, Dust-scent was chatting with the constable Before-Charging and Path-Leader in front of the county government, when an old man from the countryside entered the county government. Before-Charging said to Dust-scent jokingly, "Your uncle is here!"
Dust-scent glanced at his uncle and replied, "What is he doing here?"
Before-Charging replied, "He is here to get a fake ID."
塵香不屑地回答：“他有假身份證也沒什麽地方可去！”
路引說：“我聽說，你媽家的祖墳本來不在湖北。十年前，你的外祖母，西王母，把祖墳從浙江遷到了湖北。你舅舅名叫不可超越，在浙江時就有很多生意，很有錢。他來這兒之後，他依舊在江蘇，山東，和河北做生意。”
Dust-scent replied disdainfully, "He has nowhere to go with a fake ID!"
Path-Leader said, “I heard that your mother’s ancestral graves were not originally in Hubei. Ten years ago, your maternal grandmother, King Mother of the West, moved the ancestral graves from Zhejiang to Hubei. Your uncle’s name is Unsurpassable. He had a lot of business and was very rich in Zhejiang. After he came here, he continued to do business in Jiangsu, Shandong and Hebei.”
這時舅舅，縣長，和縣長秘書行政從縣政府裏走出來了。舅舅高興地招呼塵香說：“縣長請我吃飯，走！你跟舅舅一起去！”
塵香沒回答。臨衝在他的耳邊小聲說：“跟縣長一起吃飯的機會難得呀！” 塵香覺著臨衝的話有道理，跟在了他們三人的後麵。
At this time, Uncle, the county prefect, and the county prefect's secretary Administrative walked out of the county government. Uncle happily greeted Dust-scent and said, "The prefect invited me to feast, let's go! You go with your uncle!"
Dust-scent did not answer. Before-Charging whispered in his ear, "It's a rare opportunity to have feast with the county perfect!" Dust-scent felt that Before-Charging's words made sense and followed them.
2. 縣長向舅舅致謝 County Prefect Thanks Uncle
在開始吃飯前，縣長鄭重地對舅舅致謝：“我代表縣委，縣政府，和全縣的公民感謝您在我們這裏住了十年！您此次回老家都打算做些什麽？”
Before the meal began, the county chief solemnly thanked Uncle: "On behalf of the county party committee, the county government, and all the citizens of the county, I would like to thank you for living here for ten years! What do you plan to do when you return to your hometown this time?"
舅舅回答：“我一輩子沒做過對不起我父親（即玉皇大帝）和我母親（即王母娘娘）的事。自從我母親將女媧家族的祖墳遷到了湖北，我就沒離開過這縣的地域一次。這次回廢都杭州，我要先去以前的鯢丸宮，拜祭我的母親西王母，和我的外祖母蔻珠。然後，我去找幾個和我一起長大的老朋友。第二個我要去的地方是位於河南的廢都永安，去拜祭我的父親和我的爺爺元始天尊。在那之後，我去嵩山少林寺，去拜見我的大伯父靖王武大郎和大伯母石磯娘娘潘金蓮。在那之後，我去山東，那裏有我許多過去的生意上的朋友。”
Uncle replied, "I have never done anything to let my father (Turquoise White-King Great Creator) and my mother (King-Mother of the West) down in my life. Ever since my mother moved the ancestral tomb of Nuwa family to Hubei, I have never left this county. This time when I return to the abandoned capital of Hangzhou, I will first go to the former Salamander Bolus Palace to pay homage to my mother, King Mother of the West, and my grandmother, Kou’zhu. Then, I will go to see some old friends who grew up with me. The second place I will go to is the abandoned capital of Yong'an in Henan, to pay homage to my father and my grandfather Primitive Sky Honor. After that, I will go to the Shaolin Temple in Songshan to pay homage to my great uncle, King Jing, Martial Big Wolf, and my great aunt, Queen Stone Jetty, Goldthread Pan. After that, I will go to Shandong, where I have many of my old business friends."
縣長說：“您在三年之內回來這裏一次就行！”
舅舅回答：“用不了三年！我已經習慣這裏的生活了。旅遊完我說過的那三十幾個地方，我就回來這裏養老。”
縣長莊重地對秘書說：“那這事就由你來辦吧！” 他轉臉對舅舅說：“我現在還在工作。我去付賬，然後就回辦公室了。你們慢慢聊！”
The county prefect said, "You just need to come back here once within three years!"
Uncle replied, "It won't take three years! I'm used to life here. After I travel to thirty or so places, I mentioned, I'll come back here to retire."
The county chief solemnly said to Administrative, "Then you can do it!" He turned to Uncle and said, "I'm still working. I’ll pay the bill and then go back to the office. You guys chat slowly!"

他們三人聊了一會兒後，舅舅拿出了一個裝著300兩銀子的袋子，放到了秘書的麵前。秘書連忙說：“我可不能收您的錢！”
Several people stood up and watched the county prefect leave. Uncle hugged Dust-scent and said to the Administrative: "I heard about this kid. He will be more promising than me in the future!"
Administrative smiled and said to Dust-scent: "It's harder than climbing to the sky to be more promising than Uncle!" After the three of them chatted for a while, Uncle took out a bag containing 300 tales of silver and put it in front of Administrative. Administrative hurriedly said: "I can't take your money!"
舅舅笑著回答：“禮物！”
行政立刻站了起來，接過了袋子，說：“謝謝舅舅！您的新身份證，我回去就做。晚上，我給您送過去。”
舅舅指著塵香回答：“不麻煩您了！新身份證做好後，交給他，讓他下班後給我帶回去。”
Uncle smiled and replied, "Gift!"
Administrative immediately stood up, took the bag, and said, "Thank you, Uncle! I will make your new ID card when I get back. I will send it to you in the evening."
Uncle pointed at Dust-scent and replied, "Don't bother you! When the new ID card is made, give it to him and ask him to bring it back to me after get off work."
3. 塵香學習做假身份 Dust-scent Learns to Make Fake ID
行政跟著塵香進了檔案庫，就開始為舅舅做身份證明。塵香默默地在旁邊看著，記下了行政作假身份證的方法。隨後他向行政詢問了舅舅家的地址，就回家找弟弟塵凡了。塵凡一聽哥哥讓他陪著去舅舅家，很不高興。塵香解釋說： “縣長請舅舅吃飯，他拉我一起去，是在抬舉我。咱倆應該去謝謝他。”
Administrative followed Dust-scent into the archive and began to make an identity card for Uncle. Dust-scent silently watched from the side and memorized Administrative’s method of making a fake ID. He then asked Administrative for his uncle's address before heading home to find his younger brother, Dust-mortal. Upon hearing his brother wanted him to accompany them to their uncle's house, Dust-mortal was displeased. Dust-scent explained, “The county prefect invited our uncle to dinner and asked me to join. It's an honor for me. We should both go and thank him.”
到舅舅家後，這哥倆敲門，沒人開門。他倆拉開門就進去了。屋裏沒人，但被屋子裏的布置驚呆了，和龍王爺爺（即熬欽）的房間布置的一樣，還供著龍王的雕像。雕像的前麵放著一本《龍王經》（注，本書14.5.13 《大禹治水》是根據這本經改編的）。塵香翻開書一看，更吃驚了。這書述說的是堯舜禹龍王和自己的父親牛郎之間的事。還有一章詳細地敘述了牛郎父子三人到瓊洲後直至這哥倆離開瓊洲的許多生活細節。
After arriving at Uncle's house, the two brothers knocked on the door, but no one answered. They pushed the door open and went inside. The house was empty, but its interior left them stunned. It was arranged exactly like Grandfather Dragon King's (Aoqin) room, complete with a statue of the Dragon King. Before the statue lay a copy of Dragon King Sutra (Note: Chapter 14.5.13 Yu's Water Treatment, in this book is adapted from this sutra). When Dust-scent opened the book, he was even more astonished. The text recounted the affairs between Yao, Shun, Yu, Dragon King, and his own father, Cowboy. One chapter detailed numerous aspects of the lives of Cowboy and his two sons after their arrival in Qiong Continent, right up until the brothers' departure from the island.
4. 給玉皇大帝的禮物 Gifts for Turquoise Creator
這哥倆尋找到了後院，發現了身穿龍袍的舅舅正站在一棵桃樹旁邊。塵凡問舅舅：“你是龍王爺爺派來的嗎？”
舅舅搖搖頭回答：“我在等你們倆來。我沒見過龍王。”
These two brothers searched to the backyard and found their uncle in dragon robes standing next to a peach tree. Dust-mortal asked Uncle, “Were you sent by Grandpa Dragon King?”
Uncle shook his head and replied, “I was waiting for you two to come. I've never met Dragon King.”
三人回屋吃飯。舅舅開始講述他的故事：“小時候，我媽媽就告訴我，‘你爸爸（張屠戶）肩負著女媧家族的一項重要任務，將成為一位曆史上最偉大的帝王，所以他不知道你的存在。也正因為如此，你從出生就是政治犯。’ 媽媽讓我為爸爸準備一件禮物，當他成為皇帝時，送給他。後來我爸爸真的成為了華國的皇帝（即炎帝，少昊）。我問媽媽， ‘爸爸最喜歡什麽？’ 媽媽回答，‘我聽他叨咕過幾次：從來沒看見過60噸黃金是多大的一堆！’ 我告訴媽媽，‘我送給他60噸黃金！’ 沒多久，媽媽給我回話說爸爸不喜歡我的禮物，不想見我。”
The three went back inside to eat. Uncle began to tell his story: “When I was little, my mother told me, ‘Your father (Zhang the butcher) has an important mission for the Nuwa family; he will become one of the greatest emperors in history, so he doesn’t know you exist. And that’s why you were born a political prisoner.’ My mother told me to prepare a gift for my father to give him when he became emperor. Later, my father really did become the emperor of Hua (Creator Yan, Young God). I asked my mother, ‘What does Dad like most?’ My mother replied, ‘I’ve heard him mutter a few times: I’ve never seen how big a pile of 60 tons of gold is!’ I told my mother, ‘I’ll give him 60 tons of gold!’ Not long after, my mother told me that Dad didn’t like my gift and didn’t want to see me.”
舅舅繼續說：“幾個月後，爸爸派人來問，‘我送他什麽見麵禮？’ 我回答，‘送他120噸黃金’。爸爸拒絕見我。幾個月後，爸爸又派人來問我，我要送他什麽見麵禮？我回答，200噸黃金。爸爸拒絕見我。後來，我委托人告訴爸爸，‘我送他一句話：我這輩子沒做過對不起父母的事！’ 媽媽告訴我，‘你爸爸聽了這一句話的禮物，很高興！但他說你缺福，他不應當見你。他讓我給你做一件龍袍，說你可能以後用得著！’”
Uncle continued, “A few months later, Dad sent someone to ask, ‘What gift should I give him?’ I replied, ‘120 tons of gold.’ Dad refused to see me. A few months later, Dad sent someone again to ask what gift I should give him. I replied, ‘200 tons of gold.’ Dad refused to see me again. Later, I had someone tell Dad, ‘I gave him a message: I have never done anything to wrong my parents in my life!’ Mom told me, ‘Your father was very happy to hear this gift! But he said you lacked fortune and he shouldn’t see you. He asked me to make you a dragon robe, saying you might need it in the future!’”
5. 為什麽舅舅是政治犯？Why was Uncle a Political Prisoner?
玉皇大帝對外宣說他沒兒子，說大禹是他的兒子，所以大禹有義務為玉皇大帝寫墓誌銘（如圖14.8-5），也就是本書《中華法典》的下部。這就是商朝稱《中華法典》為銘文的原因。
Turquoise Creator publicly declared that he had no sons but claimed that Big Yu was his son. Therefore, Big Yu had an obligation to write Turquoise Creator's epitaph (as shown in Figure 14.8-5), which is the lower part of this book, "Chinese Codex." This is why Shang Dynasty referred to "Chinese Codex" as an Epitaph.

Gods' tombstones are all blank; Codices are all epitaphs. Figure 2 shows the blank tombstone of Turquoise Creator's mother, Ninth Sky Myth Woman. She cursed Turquoise Creator with maternal love, so Turquoise Creator and King Mother of the West wrote the first part of the "Chinese Codex." The tortoise carrying the Ninth Sky Myth Woman's blank tombstone in Figure 2 is Turquoise Creator. The tortoise carrying Turquoise Creator's blank tombstone in Figure 5 is Big Yu. Figure 7 shows the blank tombstone of German God (Thor). Figure 8 depicts the Mexican Tlaloc (Gold Boy, Adam). He bears the ancient Tlaloc upon his head, signifying his contemplation of the ancient Tlaloc. The ancient Tlaloc carries the wordless tombstone of his own godfather atop his head, indicating that the ancient Tlaloc is pondering how to compose an epitaph for God—namely, Mexican Codex.
6. 龍王經 Dragon King Sutra
舅舅說著，給塵香和塵凡看龍袍，說：“這件龍袍是我媽媽親自設計的，她親自縫了三年。那時候，她是夏國和華國，兩個國家的皇帝，她正向堯帝做政權移交，很忙！” 舅舅一邊給這哥倆看龍袍一邊說：“這脖子下麵的扣子叫做龍王扣，是堯帝讓人製作的，堯帝親手給我縫上的。我媽媽看得都不好意思了。堯帝說她喜歡我。”
Uncle said, showing Dust-scent and Dust-mortal the dragon robe, saying, “This dragon robe was designed by my mother herself, and she personally sewed it for three years. At that time, she was the emperor of Xia and Hua, two countries, and she was doing the transfer of power to Yao Creator, very busy!” While showing these two brothers the dragon robe, Uncle said, “The buckle underneath this neck is called the Dragon King's Buckle, which Yao Creator had made, and Yao Creator personally sewed it on for me. My mom was embarrassed to look at it. Yao Creator said she liked me.”
舅舅繼續說：“後來有朋友給我出主意說撰寫《中華法典》能積無窮的福。堯舜禹在瓊洲的故事沒人寫，如果我願意，它可以把材料送給我。我就開始寫《龍王經》了。前幾天，出版商把我寫的這本書送來了。” 舅舅指著龍王雕像旁邊的兩摞書說：“就是這本書！前天，我第一次夢見我爸爸玉皇大帝了。他對我說，‘很榮幸能成為《龍王經》的第一個讀者！’ 他說我寫的這本書適合普通百姓讀，會利益後人千萬年。”
Uncle continued, “Then a friend gave me the idea that writing Chinese Codex would accumulate inexhaustible fortune. No one had written the story of Yao, Shun and Yu in Qiong Continent, and it could send me the material if I wanted. I then started to write the Dragon King Sutra. A few days ago, the publisher sent me this book I wrote.” Uncle pointed to the two stacks of books next to the statue of Dragon King and said, “This is the book! The day before yesterday, I had my first dream about my father, Turquoise Creator. He said to me, 'I am honored to be the first reader of Dragon King Sutra!' He said that the book I wrote is suitable for ordinary people to read and will benefit future generations for thousands of years.”
7. 沒做過對不起父母的事 Never Done Anything to Betray Parents
塵香和塵凡離開舅舅家時已經是午夜了，外麵刮起了大風。兄弟倆仿佛看見每隔一段距離站著一位士兵，但這哥兒倆誰也沒在意。第二天早晨醒來後，都覺著昨晚看見的士兵好像是雕像似的，決定回到舅舅家查看。到舅舅家的門前後，他們倆四處看，即沒看見士兵也沒看見雕像。舅舅家的們半開著。這哥倆就又進屋了，發現舅舅已經不在了，龍王的雕像前放著兩本書，書中間夾著個字條：我這輩子沒做過對不起父母的事！福！
It was midnight when Dust-scent and Dust-mortal left Uncle's house, a gale was blowing outside. It was as if the brothers saw a soldier standing at every other distance, but neither of the brothers paid any attention to it. Upon waking up the next morning, both felt as if the soldiers they saw last night were statues and decided to return to Uncle's house to check. After arriving at Uncle's door, they both looked around and saw neither the soldiers nor the statues. The door of their uncle's house was half open. The two brothers went back into the house and found that Uncle was no longer there. In front of the statue of the Dragon King there were two books with a note in the middle of them: I've never done anything wrong to my parents in my life! Fortune!
塵香對弟弟說：“這書是給咱倆的，一人一本！昨天，你已經拿了一本了。今天，我再拿一本。”
一些天後，這兄弟倆再次去舅舅家查看。屋門是關著的，但沒鎖。他倆進去後，發現屋裏沒人；但《龍王經》少了幾本。隨後，這兄弟倆多次去舅舅家察看，仍然沒人在家，隻是《龍王經》越來越少。直到有一天，兄弟倆發現這個家有了新主人。新主人說：“我們剛買了這棟房子，不認識以前的房主。”
Dust-scent said to her brother, “This book is for both of us, one for each of us! Yesterday, you already took one. Today, I will take another one.”
Some days later, the brothers went to their uncle's house to check again. The door of the house was closed but unlocked. When they went in, they found no one in the house; however, several copies of the Dragon King Sutra were missing. After that, the brothers went to their uncle's house several times to check, and still no one was home, but the Dragon King Sutras were missing increasingly. Until one day, the brothers found that the house had a new owner. The new owner said, “We just bought this house and don't know the previous owner.”
