UK flight

i felt these days UK flights are more and more difficult.paxs are so demanding and service takes ages.on this Birmingham flight we took 3 and half hours to do the lunch service in business class(standard time is 2 and half) and we opened 6 bottles of sincere white wine.it is crazy.......EME aircraft registration,many seats video defects and reseting system not working,finally everything flow out of the toilets to the galley and cabin floor.nightmare!good thing is we had a nice team, so upon desembarking most of the paxs smiled and said:thanks for the lovely flight.at least we rewarded for the hard work.weather in Birmingham was 3 degree,chilled to my bone and i couldn't take the cold to go out of the hotel---we stayed in the forest of Marriot hotel,it is really like the forest,at middle of nowhere,the nearest restaurant will take us 6 mins by taxi.so i had everything in the hotel.this reminded me of last Christmas i was in London--Marriot hotel,since everywhere was closed on that day,i had the worst pizza in the hotel room service for 12 pounds.while i was watching TV,there was a cross words competetion game,the lady announced that if anyone knew the answer we cam call this number 0901----- and we can get 1000 pounds for it.i was so excited,as soon as i got the answer,i called from hotel without thinking---that 1000pounds was very attractive to me,guess what?? "i am sorry,you are not chosen at this moment" that was it! i didn't get 1000pounds,instead i paid 5 pounds for this call:) no luck!......for the past 6 months i did quite a few UK flights which i never requested for and now i am auk flight queen.and next month i have another 3 coming.i wonder what is wrong with the system?i am chinese and i prefer shanghai or beijing:)
