Days 6–13: Follicular Phase (Post-Period, Pre-Ovulation)

  • Estrogen: RISING steadily
  • Your body is preparing to ovulate; estrogen boosts egg development and thickens uterine lining.
  • You may feel: more energized, social, focused, and mentally sharp.
  • This is your “get-things-done” phase.

Tip: This is the best time to tackle tasks, make plans, and reset emotionally. You’re naturally more motivated and less reactive.
