波士頓（Boston）立式鋼琴的客戶吐槽其鍵盤表現出的“困擾”通常源於其旨在模仿三角鋼琴的高阻力設計，這在波士頓立式琴的使用過程中經常遇到。我針對這一困擾進行針對性調整與優化：
- 低應力設計： 這種設計能產生渾厚音色，但對擊弦機的精確度要求極高。
- 材質特性： 軸襯（Bushing）呢氈對濕度敏感，易因膨脹導致轉動不靈。
- 性能優化方案消除“虛位” (Lost Motion)： 精準微調頂柱，確保手指下壓瞬間即有動力反饋，解決“發空”感。
- 減小摩擦 (Friction Control)：
- 對鍵盤銷釘進行拋光。
- 使用特氟龍潤滑處理頂杆與轉擊器接觸麵。
- 鬆動因受潮膨脹的呢氈軸襯。
- 行程校準 (Specs)：
- 鍵深： 嚴格控製在 10mm-10.2mm，防止下沉過深導致疲勞。
- 斷進： 調至 1.5mm-2mm 極限值，提升靈敏度與弱奏控製。
- 止音器延遲： 適當微調止音器開啟時機，減輕按鍵中後段的負重感。完成調整後我已針對性地完成了深度潤滑與行程優化。現在的狀態既保留了波士頓的音色張力，又大幅提升了操控的靈敏度。

Customers of Boston upright pianos often complain about the "confusion" in their keyboards, stemming from their design aimed at mimicking the high resistance of grand pianos. This is a common issue encountered with Boston upright pianos. I addressed this concern with targeted adjustments and optimizations:
1. Low-Stress Design: This design produces a rich tone but demands extremely high precision from the action.
2. Material Characteristics: The felt bushings are sensitive to moisture and can easily expand, causing them to become stiff.
3. Performance Optimization to Eliminate "Lost Motion": Precisely fine-tuning the top post ensures immediate feedback when the finger presses down, eliminating the "hollow" feeling.
4. Friction Control:
* Polishing the keyboard pins.
* Applying Teflon lubricant to the contact surfaces between the top post and the action.
* Loosening felt bushings that have expanded due to moisture.
5. Key Travel Calibration (Specs):
* Key Depth: Strictly controlled between 10mm and 10.2mm to prevent excessive key drop and fatigue.
* Key Break: Adjusted to the 1.5mm-2mm limit to improve sensitivity and soft-play control.
6. Hood Delay: Fine-tuned the damper opening timing to reduce the weight on the keys in the later stages. After adjustments, I specifically performed deep lubrication and travel optimization. The current setup retains Boston's tonal tension while significantly improving responsiveness.
