十二平均律的調律測試及檢驗步驟

我們知道主音、屬音和下屬音是構成一個調式的最主要的三個音；屬音和下屬音分別與主音構成五度和四度音程；三度是構成和弦的基本音程，六度是三度的轉位。

從聽覺和音樂的角度而言，調律普遍使用四度、五度、大三度、小三度、大六度作為測試音程是非常有意義且實用的。

測試十二平均律的調律步驟如下：

1、首先圍繞五度音程進行測試，小三度的根音與其冠音上方大三度構成五度音程，其中小三度拍頻應快於大三度。

2、其次圍繞四度音程進行的測試：大三度的根音與其冠音上方四度構成同根音的大六度音程，其中大六度拍頻快於大三度；

3、圍繞四、五度音程拍頻關係的規律：同根音或同冠音的四、五度音程中，四度拍頻快於五度。圍繞五度音程的測試與四度音程的拍頻相互交織，在彈奏中呈現絕對的協和度和較高的精度。特別是使用“三六度調律法”對五度音程的拍頻規律的應用測試起到了非常好的輔助作用。

由於國外特別是美國的調音過程中大量使用三六度調律，為此，檢驗和應用調律時的條件越多則相對精度越高，反之則精度降低，所以“三六度調律法”在美國的調律實際操作中具有一定的位置和實際意義。
