Steinway's owner has two children, the eldest of them majoring in music at New York University. At present, the piano is used by the younger children who complain of poor playing. Considering that the year of this Steinway is around 1979, the tactile problem of (M) 170 is likely to be related to Teflon. After inspection, it is confirmed that there is little correlation and most of them are conventional obstacles.
